Don't want to shovel snow? Don't worry. We provide all maintenance, landscaping and snow removal services. (If you're traveling, we provide "While You're Away" services, such as watering plants, collecting mail, etc.)

At Ecumen Oaks & Pines, our healthcare professionals are on-duty 24-hours-a-day. Our staff can assist you with your healthcare needs, including medication management.

Our grand fireplace room is the perfect place to host a book group, hold a Kiwanis meeting, take a class, have a scrapbooking club or participate in other enriching activities.

Fitness is fun at Ecumen Oaks & Pines! We created a walking program where we select a destination - we've walked to Chicago and Sturgis, SD - and tracked our miles on a map. The best part is the party we have after we reach our destination!

Catch up on the latest news and stay in touch with friends and family around the world via e-mail or on-line chat from our media area. Get personal attention at our hair salon for both men and women, or attend spiritual services of multiple denominations led by local faith leaders.

ASSISTED LIVING

Assisted living is about focusing on our customers' distinct needs so that they can focus on enjoying their lives. We offer a diverse mix of affordable personal services and healthcare options. Assisted living is ideal for those seniors who want to maintain their independence while benefiting from services when and if they need them.

There are 82 spacious one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments at Ecumen Oaks & Pines, each with a full kitchen and bathroom.

Services include:

• Private one- or two-bedroom apartment with private bath and full kitchen
• Residential setting with controlled access
• Noon meal and daily snack
• Weekly light housekeeping
• Regularly scheduled social, spiritual and recreational programs
• Most utilities (basic cable television, heat, electric, water)
• Daily "ok" checks
• 24-hour on-site staff

Floor Plans
Ecumen Oaks & Pines features two buildings with a diverse mix of 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans ranging from 510 square feet to 1,000 square feet. Apartments in both buildings are accessible by a central elevator and stairs.

MEMORY CARE

Ecumen Oaks & Pines features eight Memory Care apartments where residents receive 24-hour individualized care by specially trained team members. These apartments opened in May 2010 to meet the specialized needs of individuals who are living with dementia, Alzheimer's Disease or other related disorders.

Services include:

• Private one-bedroom apartment with private bath
• Residential setting with controlled access
• Three meals per day with assistance and snacks
• Medication management/administration
• 24-hour on-site staff
• Housekeeping, laundry and linen change as needed
• Regularly scheduled social, physical, spiritual and recreational programs
• Emergency response system
• Most utilities (basic cable television, heat, electric, water and daily trash pick-up)
• Bathing and personal hygiene assistance (24/7)
• Morning and evening dressing and grooming assistance
• Comfort checks, escorts and transfer assistence
